That Heath character tried to screw me. He as a buyer. Bought a small item from me on Ebay. When I saw his name on the paypal I cringed, but he left me good feedback. Then a week later, I get a Paypal dispute from him for non receipt. It says "send me my item, tracking #, or a refund asap". I replied, asking him to explain, but he dropped the dispute instead. Someone should take care of that guy.
