I've been thinking about it mike  trouble is i've got a niggling shoulder problem thats been giving me some trouble this week  stems back to when i came off at the dagenham regional

Would have defo gone to hayes tomorrow if my shoulder was 100%

Bill i went to daggers today and joined in with the training,and got to do loads of gates with that new random system.

You should try and get down there next sat,i'll deffo be there again next sat.
