MY QUADANGLE AINT CRACKED.

ay up dave
just took some pictures of the frame to send to a hopefull BUYER and he pointed out the frame looks like it has been welded,so i checked and YEP IT HAS,see picture

dave,im f.in gutted,when i got the frame from you i just took it home put it on the work top and didnt really look at it,as i said before i wanted a looptail,so it wasnt really what i wanted but got it anyway,
ive done nothing with it not even built it,i now got a looptail so your frame had to go,now i find this crack!
im gutted i paid top money and you didnt list it as being welded,if you had id have kept clear
wot can i do now,i paid good money for a frame/forks and now find out its WELDED,so not worth the money

right i got this pm of nicfred tonight when i got home a was a bit taken back by it as it made me out to have sold a bike frame that was'nt as it should have been.
something i've never done by the way frame wise or parts.
it sounds like some bright spark who knows fook all has told him its cracked.
so i thought seeing as i've not had one of these quads before that i better check.but thought it all very funny as the bike was still in its factory paint with the factory stickers still on it with no burns or marks from having any welding done.
many thanks to john (dwain dibbly) andy (oldski) dave (stodgy) and danny harris who have help me out here with advice and pictures.
so to whoever it was that said it was cracked.
make sure next time you call somebody out as selling broke frames.make sure you know what the fook your talking about.

I just sold a quad that was very cracked, but those pics look clear cut to me. New as the day is was made. The chain stays were never one bent tube, but 2 tubes welded together at the wish bone.

Quadangles never broke down there anyways.... their problems were always up top as I recall.

Think the reaction was fair play, but Nicfred seems like an ok guy. We all make mistakes, ask Bosshogg bout mine, if he says its still cracked then tarmac his tongue, but as i says he seems ok and maybe he had a bum steer from some know it all

thought id say my bit.just got back from the pub,been drowning me sorrows,   ive had 3 pms from dave and seen this that hes posted ,ive set dave a pm as well.
i never thought for a min it had been welded,first time i meet dave was when i fetched the quad,i remember driving in the park,seeing all the caravans and sh**ing meself,thinking,im gonna get done over ,but left thinking he was a spot on bloke i sent someone off here a load of pictures,showing off the frame cos he wanted more pictures,he then came back saying it had been welded,id never had a quad before so stupid as i am believed him,so im sorry for doubting dave   but i didnt really or i would have posted something on here before checking with him,oh well looks like all the quads on here have been welded aswell so i aint so gutted now   
cheers boys,let just hope i sell the quad now to me man now he nows there all cracked on here and you wouldnt want to be different would you

my quad had 2 welds lke that..one straight one like all of these ones and one not so straight kind of running over and through the orignal one....

best ask stodgy is he wants his money back....
