Let me know if you wanna get out for a bit of training - even if it's just riding around Gasgoine estate (Seriously - I need to get out and ride, so let me know if you wanna meet up somewhere. Living in Basildon, can't remember where abouts you are now - but happy to meet ya somewhere.)
