Hi Matt,
Iv done it twice & both times I used UPS, but it was not cheep, around £120 if I remember rightly

I got a quote from the post office a few days ago for shipping my T/A F+F's to the US and it was £85 by airmail and £75 by surface mail - insurance was extra.

Royal Mail are cheapest if your friendly local post office don't bitch that the parcel is oversize :o) Cost me about £30 quid to ship a frame to europe

be carefull as ive heard they say it doesnt turn up even if signed for and claim there money back

It costs about 10% extra to insure anything you send from the post office, I always tend to do this.
