I am interested to find out just how many tracks have survived from the 80s till today? I know a few are still there but completely overgrown, I cant think of any that are still in use except maybe Bulwell

Farnham track got poughed about 8 months ago. It was in a bad state, as MX bikes had been cutting it up. I ride in the forest over there on my free Ride bike quite often. This means I have the sad sight of a finish pole and a couple of tyres to remind me it was there. I helped build that track in the early 80's, so quite hard to see.

The MK track is from the 80s, but there was another one before that one. It was a monster of a track with a massive down hill and, for a while, it had a cross over in it. They moved to the site its at now in the 80s but I cant remember if its the same layout. Till last year it had been about 20 years since I had been there.

I raced Outwell, that CRAZY muddy wet one on the outdoor track, man that was one of teh wettest races ever, I think that was the national in 83.

I was going to say Slough, Buckmores long gone, what about Hillingdon?  Hounslows gone, Bournemouth is virtually the same layout as the eighties, just built up and extended a bit.
