Does anyone know what would be an ideal cog size if you were running a 25T chainring?

Cheers.

Phil have you got a link for a 24" wheel size gearing chart ?
I see you stand like greyhounds in the slips,
Straining upon the start. The game's afoot:
Follow your spirit, and upon this charge
Cry 'God for Harry, England, and Saint George!'
