this was at the old school event at the end of 2001



christ it was cold that day

went to the next one a few months later and it pissed down

going to alans meet at skankey valley was this first time i had seen old school bikes in a long time

but only of the show n shine
we left when it started raining too hard.
there were LOADS of bikes there though!

i did one of the old school meets there in 2001 ish  ..... i had'nt rode a BMX in over 17 yrs

and i got Second  :o   

i was lucky tho

you can hit the floor when it goes all wrong.
coppull race 4th dec,try and get there mike probably be as cold as the warrington meet.

Warrington 02 was my first old school meeting, was blown away by the concourse bikes....good day untill I fell of my Aero Pro !

Spoke to Wayne Llewelyn last night, hes been sparring with Danny Williams recently...Colin Kenna is up shit creak with out a paddle on Sunday night!!!!!!

i wonder who that yellow jumper belongs to on the rider in the first picture? any one from the northern hemisphere need not reply as im sure you may have seen it before on numerous occasions,

Sorry Guys there isnt a Xmas Classic this year as Simon Barber doesnt want to hold one, and if i was to hold one i wouldnt be able to get any prizes sorted in such a short time :santa_undecided: once again sorry guys. Hopefully next year we'll have one. But on a better note i still have all the race footage from coppull and just watched it.
