Lovely.

thought i'd go bling....the cranks are that mint i had to or they would have been wasted...

anyhow...candy blue is like, so last season...

it needed warping into the 21st century.

as much as i like darryl youngs i really dont think that colour scheme does it justice at all.too many colours and grey just is'nt nice to me.
i suppose they cant all be candy apple red though.this is not a personal attack on the builder, just my opinion.

I think the silver works, especially with the blue and red finer details, I also loved Mattskys blue one, white, chrome, crap a DY would look pretty sweet in most colours

I'm undecided on the Silver , I keep looking but am unsure  :-\

I'm not into twice as many chainring bolts , and in different colours just makes it a bit too busy IMO .

Make it look really eighties by doing alternate blue/red nipples!  Come on, if you're gonna do it do it right!

There's too many text book rebuilds out there, I remember my early bikes had a right mish mash on some of them, I had an all blue DB Senior Pro with EVERYTHING blue on it and then the only Ame fini grips that Hotshot had left were yellow and red so I put them on with a yellow uni seat! Runied the look of teh bike but I was about 12 so didn't know better!

Guys i'm new to this and don't consider myself a collector or builder but look back and some of the bikes that were ridden, especially in the UK were not the brochure perfect builds.

so long as i could ride my bike back then i never bothered what parts were on it lol.
different colour tyres etc.
it was only when i spent 6 months down at southsea that i started to colour match my bike as it looked a sight compared to them lot down there lol.
