same stuff as removing sticker gooooooo,metal parts cleaner or maxima brake contact cleaner,put a small screwdriver on end of the grip,carefull not to push to hard,then spray the magic spray done,gently push screwdriver down and twist a little and hey presto its off,it works, been doing it for years and years on bmx and m/x bikes
just seen last post as typing this,wd does work but my way you can fit them aswell cos the spray does evaporate and then the grip is easy to fit,slides on and then position,leave for a few mins then hey presto its stuck,
