1.  Didn't Van Doren have a hand in Airwalk too?

2.  I'm with Laz and DSD, these firms make huge money off the back of riders and I think its makes poor business sense for them not to do as much as possible for their injured riders. After all, if we respected the firms more I suspect we'd be more likely to spend money with them in the future..

3.  I think there are insurance packages available for riders. Whether or not they choose to take them out is another story of course.

4. I remember reading a letter from Jeff Crawn that was in US Ride. He had regained some movement in one arm if I recall correctly. Around 94-95 time..

5. Of course 10k is better than fook all.

6. I like numbering stuff.  Think I might do more of it  :D
