 gonna get some spoked rims made 4 me ripper i like the look of this hub set (nos sr dated 1983) are they any good and how much should i b paying for these hubs Cheers Carl :daumenhoch:

Gra, you sure, I would say sealed would be more expensive!!

yeh unsealed are 20ish and sealed are 30ish

i say ish

sometimes less, sometimes more, but that's a ball park figure for that sort of hub in my experience

If it were me, I would spend an extra tenner and get a set of NOS Suntour sealed hubs from Vert-ego.... a better quality hub in my opinion and a Ripper should have tip top parts..... think he has unsealed too for a few quid less!

I have NOS suntour hi flanges you can have for that (perhaps less) unmatching colours though.

that thought had crossed my mind but the guy has 4 sets of these and 4 sets in blue. I seem to remember, may be wrong,when i was a kid that me mates brand new ultra burner had  high at front and low on the rear that was laced to blue arayas ???

Rippers came with stock SR parts, nothing flash at all...
