Ivesy at the gold coast BMX club has asked if anybody would be interested in doing an oldschool gate at the first north west winter regional, which is at the lytham st annes / blackpool bmx track on the 11th of november . The track is really old school friendly with old school start gate

Let me know if anybody is interested or if you know somebody who is then pass on the message. This I suppose could be the start of something who knows.

Ratty if you feel this is in the wrong section feel free to move it.

Far from the wrong section mate, This section isnt just for the South OSS its for any Old school racing in the UK

Hi guys, if you want to organise a north os winter series then let me know. We will need to check the dates with the council etc but that should not be a problem.

We are in the process of sorting out our winter series which starts next month so it would be good if we could run it on the same dates. What do you think?

Sounds great to me...!! Its still a bit of a treck from Barnsley but until we get anything sorted around the Midlands area for Old School I would deffo be up for taking part in this.

Might even be better so we don't clash with any other races.

So who is putting the name forward to organise this series?

Down the M55 and come off at Kirkham junction.....you'll all be thinking your going to Ribby Hall

Last time I seen him was arse end of the 90's has a kid (or maybe two). me mum n dad went to one of ems christening am sure me mum was one of god parents so will see if she has contact details

Seemed to remember them saying summat about him getting a burner so guess he's also caught the bug...

If you put 'Park View Rd, Lytham, Lancashire FY8, United Kingdom' into google maps it is the space in between Park View and Ballam Road

Best bet is to come off the M55 at Blackpool and follow the signs to Lytham (A583), then take Peel Road/Ballam Road to Lytham.
