Raleigh Tuff burner
« on: October 08, 2007, 02:32 PM »
No doubt i am gonna get ribbed by some people on here but last night i won a blue Tuff burner off of the bay for £94. I had one as a kid so it was always on my list of bikes to do.

Can anyone help me with a parts spec and where is best to get them from? I also need the best place that can copy the paint colour for the frame and forks and where to get decals from.

I cant get onto the burner site for some reason so any help would be appreciated.

Nick

I knew that if there is one person who would 'put the boot in' over my 'pride and joy' it would be you! :D

The nicest colourway that Raleigh made was the MkI Tuff.
You can get the frame powdered with RAL5005, but have a quick swuint on the Burnerworld site in the Technical section and look at the How to's for the frame and forks. Nice buy. It might not have been built for ramps or racing but you'll love riding it.
