ebay hides names now when it gets over a certain ammount ........

I didnt really want the frame but figured the dollar is so low at the moment its basically no cash at all.
I also wanted to see if the reserve was at 500 us dollars (which it wasnt) ..... so if anyone on here wants to bid on it, please do.

I basically bid on it to amuse my curiosity as the dollar is so low.

Oh, YGT. Im with you now. Are you saying you are winning the bididng???

:4_17_5: Nice one if you are. You never know, he might contact you after its over and work out a deal off ebay.

Are you sure its a Mad Dog, or not worried either way?

technically I am winning, but since the reserve has not been met then no one is winning.
basically I put down a price of 520 us dollars (£250) , but since no one (including myself) has met the reserve, then the person whos bidding behind me has there bid shown plus maybe 5 dollars more with me in the lead (untill the reserve is met).

No I am not sure it a mag dog / but even so its an interesting frame to have (in regards to maybe history / not looks ... the rear brake bridge looks like shit).
I basically bid because I was bored and it was like gambling for me ... maybe I would win it and then have to pay the cash out for it (no problem) or maybe I wouldnt .....
I am not in love with this frame so this is why i havent bid more for it.
I basically bid to see if i could make the reserve (and i didnt)

We will see if the seller contacts me later ......

But let me make this clear to everyone, if anyone wants this please feel free to bid on it.
I wont try to outbid any of you, i simply bid because i could :)

Good on ya Mark, nice one for trying. I hope you get to work out a deal after.

I think if the guy has got that high a reserve on it, then he is either hoping a little high, or he dont wanna sell it and it just testing the water.

£250 is way more than I can pay for any frame, esp in that condition. If it was good paintwork and a good set of decals I might be more tempted but there is still work and money to go on it. Still, it does have the forks with it ......

A set of mad dog decals did come up the other week but they went for £40.

I know of 3 serious S&M collectors in the US. Wouldn't be suprised to see one of them in there at the end too. Haven't seen too many things on ebay make such a stir. I like when stuff like this appears.

I dont think the seller wanted to sell. He was just seeing what it would bid up to.
