chains
« on: October 04, 2007, 11:01 AM »
I tried to buy a new chain the other day.
I went to the local bike shop and they had a shimano chain but it weighed a bloody ton!
I'm rebuilding a GT pro series and want to keep it light, no way was I going to put that chain on it.

So can anyone recommend a good light chain?
New or old school, it's for a rider so I don't care about being 'era correct' for this one.

Thanks!

Donnacha.

Maybe in northern ireland but not in the republic.

Do they sell chains in m&s ?

I can see the ads: This is no ordinary chain, this is an m&s free range organic chain with rich belgian chocolate filling and a roasted pistachio crust etc
