Which way round do i put the crank spindel, As it is shown in the pic with the cone nearest the chainwheel or the otherway round.

The shoulder (fixed side) is the chainring side. So you can still tighten up the BB when both arms are on.

But ..... if you have problems with the chainring hitting the frame, and you have to mess about with it, there should be no problems fitting it the other way round if that works better. It will just be a bit of a pain if the BB comes loose.

Also, if you do need more chainring / frame room you can always try putting the chainring on the other side of the spider.

Or, you could get lucky and it will all just fit!

It's in and seems to fit with out fouling or touching the frame anywere.




Headset is next on the shopping list. suggestions welcome.
