I do that most nights on my exercise bike without even breaking into a sweat!! You'll just have to try harder. May I suggest a nice 24-mile amble on Sunday http://www.cottagehospice.org.uk/cycle07.html Go on, you know you want to. HumpsPS: Just done my 20 minutes with 7.55k so must have been taking it easy tonight. What's your instrument of torture?? Mine's a Body Sculpture BC1510 with Odyssey Thermal 41 bars, Crank Bros Mallet C pedals and 140mm cranks
Right I`m off upstairs for some training on my exersise bike, if I can still walk I`ll be back in about 45mins
but it only has short cranks on it too
