Haro Team Sport - NOW FINISHED
« on: October 03, 2007, 06:19 PM »
Here's the start of my latest Haro build, I bought this off Bru a few weeks ago (Haro-OS-Boy - thanks mate), not the best condition frame you'll see but it was a very good price and had potential.

So I tidied it up a bit, got it bead blasted and sent it off to be powdercoated.. in the meantime I drafted up the vector artwork for the decals...

then Printed a set or two out...

Went to pick up the frame and bars, polished some '86 Haro forks I had

.....applied all the decals.

For you Haro purists out there its not 100% correct but its not going to be bad for a rider.
Hopefully this will be built up at the weekend and will post up pics in part 2  :)

Thanks to Bru for the frame and Arnaud (Double Chevron) for the Bars

Final pics further down.....

oh man that is sweet. i do have a soft spot for later haro's.

the retro sport 05' was done in similar colours, and should have been left that way for the 06.
I want to touch ORB

Ok finished this today, I had problems with a DiaCompe AD990 touching the chainwheel so had to fit a different rear brake but other than that there were no problems with the build. Another build done and dusted, hope you enjoy looking at it as much as I do.

The cranks are Redline Prolines but I made up a cheeky peregrine decal and stuck them on :)

Here's a close up pic with the redline set I originally made for them.
