Another Big Daddy!

OK! i was going to buy that chrome big Daddy but was offered this one instead. It will be easier to strip and get powdered than the chrome one.
I'm gonna be going with dark green with this one. Seems to be the lastest color trend.
Or maybe I'll go with a totally different color. I have time to decide as frame isn't here yet. A nice dark blue maybe???

That looks like an original HB red, try and redo that colour or maybe yellow or black ... they were the colours used on these late made HB warehouse made HB frames.

My peregrine Q bars will look great on this build. Not a big Fan of Red. I think a dark green or Blue will be my choice.

i just spotted another difference between that and my one.
the stubbs that stick out at the bottom of seat post tube for rear brake adjuster
is well long on that both sides ,mine are stubby.

If anyone is looking for some reasonably priced Big Daddy decals that are the newer style(Not Like the Sweet 1st style Mark sells).
There is a guy here in Canada with NOS sets.

Got my Q Bars in the mail today
they are in excellent condition. Very minimal sweep




Decals are in excellent shape too.

Yes they are super nice. I don't think they were ever rode on a bike. Guy I got them from said they were taken off a bike. I'm thinking it was a carpet Queen.

Well turns out the Red Big Daddy needs fixing so I'm getting the chrome one again.
May see if I can trade the Chrome for a painted.
