PM'd you the spoke size, regreasing the hubs is easy but its easier if you have a set of
cone spanners (thin spanner) put the cone spanner on the one nut closest to the hub
and a normal spanner on the locking nut and undo, becareful when removing axle as the
bearings are loose and will fall out everyway, clean bearing with petrol and on  rag clean
inside of hub of dirt, shit anything, then regrease inside hub put a bit in there so that when you
insert the ball bearings they stick repeat both sides incert axle do up cone nut finger tight so axle
still moves the tighten lock nut

think thats it

I laced some small flange w/Aero's yesterday, you'll need 182 to 184. :daumenhoch:

The Aero rim nipple area is raised significantly higher than say the 7x thus reducing the length of spoke required. It caught me out first time I did a set. :LolLolLolLol:

hows the turbo going sparky  :)

Greasing hubs is a very satisfying and easy thing to do.

- tip: buy the grease from a car spares shop for about £3.99 a tub, instead of a tiny  superglue sized tube from a bike shop for the same price.

I need some help lacing up aero's myself though.

I have large flange sr/suzue hubs. the rims are used but the hubs are new.

Never built a wheel from scratch before. Any idea of the length I might need? I imagine rather short, is there any particular pattern I should go for?
