straightening a cast ally wheel

I have a solid cast wheel here, think its aluminum but it could be somthing else.

- it is light though.

Thing is, its rather bent.

rideable, but wobbles about like a clowns bike.

Any idea how i might go about straightening it without cracking it in half?
