Dagenham Track

Neil and i just got back from a couple of hours riding round the track it was great fun. it rides well and it's great to have a proper race track on our door step. Loads of local kids were riding round on bikes but there were a couple of groups of chavs turned up and had a look and by the area it's in i wonder how long it'll be before there's trouble. That aside though things are looking good :)

And racing doesn't seem to effect the old tennis elbow either as long as i don't do any big jumps so that's another bonus :)
