i had a similar problem,i just used a bolt and redrilled the center to take a cable(tricky)
then just hunted for a proper sized washer and i used a rubber one on top so it doesnt dig in.

i have done some research but not very fruitfull
it was hard to see on pics,alex had some i think.
but with the size of bolt and hole ,not alot of choice
as i dont think you will find one to fit,its just solid or redrill hole.

Thanks for the offer Dan,
But I dont really need a hollow bolt, so i can just source a bolt locally.
I was just more so curious what the original bolt looked like as my bolt was ugly.
I believe that your stem is more "usa" looking than mine ... i wonder where they made these forks.

those forks originally came with more of a chunky plain alloy slab of a stem!
the guy i bought them off kept the stem when he bought his newer KingPins but gave me the new stem with his old forks!
one heavy duty front end you got there
