could it be a kowaski as it looks really short or a similar frame from their complete line during that time

if there's a gusset on the downtube it's a butcher.if not it's likely to be a 900,resistance or a dirt merchant,so it's a tri-moly frame.

also note that the 990 mounts have been sawn off.

Is it a Hoffman? Looks more like a Mongoose/GT? Hmmmm, what's that bit standing up on the seaystay bridge?

Not worth £90 whatever it is

definately a cheap hoffman,that bolt sticking out the back looks like the remains of a caliper brake.
