Team Pro
« on: September 17, 2007, 11:01 PM »
I just got the frame and forks back from Dan so I popped the headset on and the decals and here she is so far. This has been my holy grail for over three years now and I'm finally going to build myself a Team Aero Pro.

Wow Dan can even powder now so it looks like the BB cups have already been in so you dont have to worry about damaging the paint , good job Dan  ;)

 :) DINGO :)

That was the puppy I saw when it was just white. Dan showed me as I had left a couple of frames to be done in the white too. I am well chuffed with what he has done for me and one of the builds will be finished shortly.

Looking good so far Zippy, is it to be built oem??

It will be built as OEM as it's possible to be really. The only big differences will be the headset and the wheels. I have a Tange 300 headset but I've always prefered the 125LP nad I had a few new boxed ones laying around so I thought it would be rude not to use one. I also had a set of alloy hubbed tuffs that I sold in order to afford the frame and forks in the first place so I've now got some mint plastic hubbed skyways instead. Other than that it will be built up as standard.

I had one of thse as a kid and never really appreciated how good it was back then. Ever since I got back into bmx all I've wanted is one of these and now I've got one, and it's an original Team Aero Pro as well and not a painted chrome Aero Pro or Pro Race.

Looks well nice Zip. I wouldnt mind one of them.

Dan is unreal isnt he. What a top bloke too.

I hope you are not referring to the White alloy hubbed tuffs you sold to me! Make me feel guilty if you are.
