what should i pay for one of these sitting on blk skyways,looks original,but the gold is flaking off

it could go to silly money mate , if you just want it for the wheels you can get them for £80 - £120 , if you want to own a burner then it could be expensive so i suppose if you can get it for less than £100 then go for it
