i just picked an old freestyle frame with odd skyways
the rear red skyway has a pedal back brake,but this isnt a coaster
so just asking any info on it.

It'll be a home converted freecoaster. Washers instead of brake shoes I think.....
Is it bendix? if so I think I have some brake guts around here somewhere

i just had a proper look in the day light,and its not a pedal back brake.
it the steel hubbed freewheel thing so not the screw on version
but at a quick glance looked like a coaster.

It sound like the early steel hubbed Tuffs, I have one of these, if it is, you can fit a suntour coaster into these.
