stripped powdercoat off my forks yesterday. The forks are in every way the same as landing gear(apart from the angle at bottom of forks is smaller and the dropouts are slightly thicker). the dropouts are the same shape , the holes in the dropouts the same and welds on dropouts the same as landing gear. the forks are the same thickness and the holes on the inside at bottom of forks are the same. On the head tube it says spinner, there are some sizes(i think) and 85 cr mo (year ?) Any info on these age , value, where  they made , etc would be much appreciated as i think im going to get them chromed as they are mint underneath powdercoat and they are quite lightweight forks. Cheers Carl
