NO SHIT! Who cares! They are not shill bidding, they just threw down an opening bid and the items had a reserve. Leave this shit on RAD!

taken from ebays own shill bidding guide...

Q.
What is shill bidding?
A. Shill bidding is the deliberate placing of bids to artificially drive up the price of an item. This is also known as "bid padding" and is not allowed.

Q.
Can my friends bid on my items?
A. If your friend sincerely intends to purchase your item, then her bids are certainly allowed. Bidding on your item for the sole purpose of inflating the final bid amount is forbidden.

good to see you are still looking in on rad graeme.....

because of course, nobody on 'cult' ever put there ebay auction links up did they.

lol...it has nothing to do with old school bmx, osbmx as a site, nor radbmx other than the fact that one of our members put an ebay link on our site and a few of our members have had a bid....

your right tho this is a lame ass excuse for a thread....

Oh come on! There are a million and one other things more important in this world to complain about than seeing something where nothing exists.

 Sigh....

You know, we don't want to stifle anyone!

But that said... if some of you guys haven't noticed, the VAST majority of us on this site don't give the slightest fook about British old school bmx community politics.

We don't know the characters, and we don't care.

I've got no problem with Graeme. I have also had nothing but good experiences and interactions with the guys that run RAD. Those guys are always polite and gracious in my experience.

I don't think any of us who call THIS site home are interested in taking sides.

We urge you guys to get along. Work it out. You can. You'll be glad you did. Take my word on that.

Much love to you British bredren. Go for a ride.

take a look at what this guy is selling, have a look at some of the bid history, now tell me if this "7725dust" looks a bit suspicious?? why remove his bids all of a sudden, but leave another??? this "7725dust" has not bought anything since joining ebay, but happily bids on this guys items now.......hmmmmm

i dont think this is just a matter for over the pond as most people well know the bmx comunity is very small (in a world wide sense) and what happenes in the uk could happen in the usa i dont give a shit if its a watch or a pair of used condoms WHATS UP FOR SALE shill bidding IS SHILL BIDDING (not proven ) it needs to be highlighted as you may bid on a bmx part amd it gets hijacked not fair and not sport.

I got it going as I quite fancied it, if it had come for what I bid I would have been very happy, but then Bill knocked me out of it  :tickedoff: & I wasn't going any higher... How the fcuk is that shill bidding?? I think I've missed something here, isn't that what you do on ebay, bid for things you want... some people need to get a life, twat :idiot2:

Bru  >:(

The point you have missed Bru is that the person that started the original thread has a number of personal and social issues that need to be addressed before he harms himself or others harms him.  There exists a complex in his mind of child like tale telling stupitity that he really should have grown out of by now hoever the "little man" syndrome is what drives this sad behaviour.  What he needs is to attend a social gathering where he can exchange his views and experience with other like minded individuals and bear the social interaction that follows.  I am sure he would enjoy getting his point across and receiving constructive feedback and affirmative responses in return.

I firmly believe that he has a self esteem problem that is linked to a tormented past and a sexually repressive experience; he is possibly gay but unable to come to terms with his own sexuality.  He may even find that he has cross gender issues which could be compounded with unhappiness about being so far from his natural home.  What we need is a proper psychologist to spend some quality time on his case so that we can really understand what goes on inside his tiny, biggoted, little mind  :daumenhoch:

Greame posted up about shill bidding on Lucy Lastics watch she had. Bru put a bid in to get it started and greame now thinks that's shill bidding. He must have been very bored.

I won that watch too, and it`s very nice  :daumenhoch:

What we need is a proper psychologist to spend some quality time on his case so that we can really understand what goes on inside his tiny, biggoted, little mind  :daumenhoch:

lmfao

i am a fully qualified counsellor dealing with things like substance abuse, grief, depression etc
and i can honestly say after monitoring greame for a few years now, he is suffering with child like tendancies backed up with a "i want to be like biaggio" chip on his shoulder, and in cases like this there is only 1 solution  and that is A GUNSHOT WOUND TO THE HEAD   :Aresehole:
