Diamond Back striker

Does anyone here know much about these bikes, i have never ever seen one before and finding details about them has been very very difficult. Im not even sure what year its from, but anyone who knows year or has a idea about it, please let me know, im interested to find out more. Can you tell the year from the frame no. on DB'S?
