I dont really like the expencive set. I like the ones that you got DSD, they are the cooler ones.

S&M Alex mentioned a while ago that S&M were considering re-making some of the old decals.

Hopefully Alex can exert some UK influence on Chris to do the original Holmes stickers as I'll be needing a set for the Holmes I'm gonna restore after Xmas (when I bring it back from America).

S&M looking into it and in order to make it cost effective they would have to get 100 sets made .... of each type they re did. I cant imagine 100 people want a Holmes sticker set, and another 100 want a challenger, and another 100 want a HAF set.

They just did a retro selection pack instead, including pitchfork decal (see post else where in mid)

it'd be ironic after some of the piss takes moellers made with company logo's over the years!
cant imagine he'd be happy about it like

if they did do a retro set the holmes would seem the most likely as there seems more interest in them than any of the others, even the classic old dirtbike doesnt get as much attention,

will i get into bigfookingtrouble if i use this ng holmes set on my xl-laf?

would it be sacriledge?

That wouldnt be sacriledge in my eyes, it could then be a nxt nxt gen holmes.

I''d love a set of older DB stoickers for my mid school challenger cruiser.

as it stands, its only got 2 sheild stickers on it (THE BLACK AND WHITE ONES).

I'd be in for a 10 sets if they got reprod, regardless of model and if the price was right.

Alex, if Chris does do the old stickers, post on here and let us know. I'd take a Holmes set for the frame I got on ebay, plus another as a spare (not to flog or make profit on).

It shouldn't be that much hassle or expense to do the early Holmes or Dirt Bike stickers as they looked like fairly standard fonts.

I've got loads of shield stickers somewhere which Chris sent to me when I got my first Holmes in 1996.

Any idea what the font is for the "HOLMES" lettering, Alex?

I might experiment at making my own down tube sticker if S&M aren't doing an official one.
