theres one in gosport by the council tip and theres some dirt jumps in eastleigh and winchester which is only about 20 mins away ;)

It's got to be Gosport. The club there is run by 'old schoolers'.

If you go to: http://www.bmxtalk.com/viewtopic.php't=12770 there's the latest news. I've not ridden the track, but I know James Christie and co have out in loads of work to get it up to spec (after a dodgy build in the first place).

Bournemouth track held a race today (I would have been at if I didn't keep breaking bones  ::)) so its going to be in tip top condition and well worth a drive. Club and track details here: http://www.bournemouthbmx.com/


Its well worth going to tracks for gate practice, there's allways more real BMXers to talk to and the gate is up (beep beep boom >:D), you get a better feeling for the club and there's people to give you advice on riding the track, rather than just the local chavs asking you how much money your bike is worth.

cheers for that, not got a hire car this week though as boss is going down with me, will have to just cruise the local streets ;)
