just got a fit team dirt with 30-11 set up and was wondering what size sprocket is the lowest i can go on a 11 tooth  cassette .?

Depends what you're riding really....  How fast do you need to go?    I would've thought any smaller than 28 and you'll be pedalling your nuts off and going nowhere   ;D
