It's hard to say as the frame and forks should be chrome,the later ones came in white late86 maybe 87.i'm sure jimmyp would know for sure. even powdered it should be worth 110-150 ? thats just my opinion proberley towards the lower end

Don't powder it  Personally i think it will look shite mate    They should be chrome and stay that way in my view 

Just my suggestion mind 

 

edit - Price wise i would say between £50 and £120 depending on the chrome  I paid £80 + £95 for my framesets and the chrome was sparkling

looks like an 83 not full chromo as the rear stays are slightly higher then the top tube.

Fec me you got your work cut out there m8 Yeah looks like an 83 cali, think it would look great in white if the chrome is shite. Mongoose did some bikes in white around this time, would look cool, go for it
