hi has anyone else on here had any trouble with hatta kongo sealed headsets before?
i have installed one on my ripper, but it seems that there is a tight spot when steering, and when either overtigthend or undertightend this spot always rears its ugly head? constructive advice is needed please, or is it just buy another unsealed headset

Yeah, I wasn`t very impressed with the Kongo sealed headsets, they seem to be too long, i.e. there was not enough threads for the locking nut to go on the forks or the locknut wouldn`t screw on.
I changed mine for a loose bearing one, still comes loose but it stays in one piece
