shipping from the uk
« on: August 25, 2007, 10:40 PM »
hi all,

is shipping from the uk really that costly, every time i input the weight of an item it always seems to be three times the cost of me importing in to the uk,

for instance for me to send a set of tyres to canada it would cost standard mail £22 and priority £45,

this cant be right can it ?

I`m afraid it is  :(
I see you stand like greyhounds in the slips,
Straining upon the start. The game's afoot:
Follow your spirit, and upon this charge
Cry 'God for Harry, England, and Saint George!'

One of the problems is that the Post Office (Royal Mail) only take a maximum weight of 2Kg. Any heavier and then you have to use Parcel Force etc who are a rip off
