transformation
« on: August 23, 2007, 10:25 PM »
ok, decided to give my blue 85 sport a revamp, never really did like the colour, so stripped the frame forks and bars, then with one of superbikedon's powder jobs, which i have to say is absolutely mint, and a new decal set the sport lives again in a new disguise.

hope you like it, and dan will no doubt chime in with how quick this was built up, i only pcked it up tonight at 7.30

before the build, seemed a shame to apply decals the paint was so nice

parts run down....
85 sport frame forks and haro freestyle bars
oaklel f1's
durabull stem
tange headlock
mx 1000 front and 890 rear, tech 4 levers
thunderbolt cables
jaguar aero seat
sugino ct 175 cranks, sealed bb
shimano dx pedals
metal hub tuff 2's
comp st's 2.125 front, 1.75 rear

will fit chain tomorrow night

now you all know why i need the blue/grey tech plate....

Dave

haro, how do you do

Thats better Dave, I`ve always liked the white/ blue combo  :daumenhoch:
I see you stand like greyhounds in the slips,
Straining upon the start. The game's afoot:
Follow your spirit, and upon this charge
Cry 'God for Harry, England, and Saint George!'

Bars look at a bit of a new school angle tho Dave, get them forward a bit like the burner boys  :buck2:

Looks very nice Dave, I do like a White Haro, the decals seem to stand out more on White, top build  :4_17_5:

I do like that Blue colour Sport though, should not have sold mine  :'(
