masking dimensions

could anyone with a two tone streat beat help me out on the masking for the internal colour,

what i need is

top tube,  bottom tube,  around the bottom cup area and the forks,

what i want to do is paint the internal colour then mask it

then finish the rest of the frame/forks in white :daumenhoch:

As an aside could you post pics of my Team Pro frame during the process as well please when you do it.

I won't be able to pick them up until the last week of Sept or the first week of Oct.  :daumenhoch:
