Problem I had for a while back in the day was popping out and landing too far back on the platform hopping a little then falling off the back of the ramp...ouch, this kept happening to the point where i dredded popping out as i knew i might fall of the back again. this even happend on the wicksteed quarter and it was a twenty foot drop off the back. I sorted it in the end by just changing my body position, simple but hard to get right at the time.

It was Andy Brown who had 'pop out itis', i remember the article in freestyle bmx mag in 87/88... he got over it by taking his brakes off and riding down steep grass hills with eyes closed! haha.. i know it seems odd but it worked for him, he was boosting big airs the next b.f.a. comp!!! I used to get 'pop out itis' every other month... the real trick is, not to think of anything when you air.. airing has to be more of an instinct reaction rather than thinkin "roll up the ramp, comin to the copin, air, air, AIR!"
