BRITS COMMERATIVE PLATES
« on: July 10, 2007, 10:25 PM »
OK everyone, this is whats going to happen.....
Admission to the race will now be £25, this will now include a plate with a number on it, the number will be in line with where you finish so they wont be given out until racing finishes.

DIALLED BIKES and RADBMX are sponsoring the plates and Martin Baxter "BREW" is producing them free of charge

so all proceeds will go straight to the Stephen Murray fund.

There will be a small amount of plates available for sale after the race for those who cant make the race, these will not be numbered. I think the fairest thing will be to auction these on Ebay.

Big thanks to Mike of Dialled, The owners of RADBMX and Martin Baxter, cheers guys :daumenhoch:

Plates 1-8 where very cloak & dagger. next thing you know you'll be rolling up 1 trouser leg and doing funny hand shakes :LolLolLolLol:

But anyway if plates 11 to 59 are anything to go by I'm sure 1-8 will be a bit special :4_17_5:

If I come last do I get to choose my number, as I quite like the idea of "56" for some reason.  They look really good and Martin is to be thanked for doing them.  Great that the best in British bike companies, Dialled Bikes, have added their name to the event plus of course RADBMX.  My thanks to everyone involved in making this happen for such a worthwhile cause and I'm looking forward to rolling round Burnham with some trepidation because the place scares the s**t out of me!!  Humps

Do we know what day we`re racing yet ?
I see you stand like greyhounds in the slips,
Straining upon the start. The game's afoot:
Follow your spirit, and upon this charge
Cry 'God for Harry, England, and Saint George!'
