ok got a phone call todaysaying my frame and forks are ready
from being rechromed .told bloke i was gonna recomend him
as we all need a good chromer .well i get there about lunch time
pays me money £60 .well when he brings me frame and forks out
it has grown quite a bit ie 26 inch mountain bike
so got a full refund and me bits back
so im gonna paint it now as im well skint lol

can he do the chroming for 60 quid, or will it always come out a mountainbike?

lol well he quotes £50 for frame and a tenner for forks
but he charged me £15 to strip chrome and £35 to polish it
so it isnt £60 to chrome it as i already paid for the first part
