top build with some choice parts, never seen Skyway mini pedals before...what condition was the frame and forks in when you got it?
the frame was rusty as fook!! i think it was in alans celler for the last 20 years,i had it chemically dipped
then it had a light sand blast,then i stoppered up all the pitted areas which was over most of the frame,then primed frame
with 2k primer and wet flatted it before 3 coats of ford radiant red
