Hutch / Hutchins info needed please

I know bugger all about Hutch stuff really, but am wondering if anyone can tell me when Hutch frames etc were actually called Hutchins rather than Hutch... ive seen a Hutchins Pro Racer in the past - its got the same stars logo that Hutch had... any info appreciated!
