How do quil stems help with racing?

There is nothing "quil stem/sidepull brake" about a frame pad. Ive had on one more or less every bike Ive had since 1991, including my current NS ride.

er alex mate you really should take off your front brake and lower your seat mate,

just a bit of advice so you look kool at rom

also mate times moved on, you should really think about lowering your socks as well

Phew, thanks Dan. Its about time someone told me where I was going wrong both with my bike fasion and my clothes.
