i'm on facebook and raced EBA - still got my member card somewhere, 15 years also in 89, i cant find it on facebook

all i find is this for EBA -

A Group for 1980's old school bmx racers who raced in the Eastern Bicycle Association throughout Ontario, NY, PA etc

its a different EBA! have you got a link?
