HI, I CAME ACROSS THIS SITE ON HOW TO PLATE AT HOME THE 'EASY' WAY (MY ARSE) IT MIGHT MAKE SOME SENSE TO SOMEONE ON HERE, BUT ITS ALL GREEK TO ME

ID LOVE SOME OF YOU CHAPS TO GIVE IT A GO (NO DOUBT SOMEONE WILL) AND POST A 'LAYMANS' VERSION IN ENGLISH,,LOL AND POST LOADS OF PICS OF THE RESULTS ETC, I HOPE THIS THREAD CONTINUES.

This is uh... This is heavy duty, Doc. This is great. Uh... does it run, like... on regular unleaded gasoline?

Leave the Chromic acid baths to the serail killers

It might cost and arm and a leg to get parts chromed, but it would be more painfull burning them off in acid

The bi-products of chroming will fook you up good and proper, leave well alone and pay someone else to do it. Unless of course you have dreams of a horribly agonising and slow death from poisoning.
