Ouch!! some nice ligament damage there mate!  :shocked:  i've done the same to mine in the past and it took 6 weeks for it to get back to normal......and that was with physio

usually takes me about a month before i can put any weight on a blown ankle
and i have tweaked them loads of times

one time i fell out the attic and tweaked both at once. :D
