Setting up a DC 901
« on: July 27, 2007, 11:59 PM »
Getting annoyed, can't set up my 901.  I tried just tightening the nut with the 'push' lever on it but when I push the little lever down, the brakes are fully on and no play in the main brake lever.  What exactly do I need to do to set it up?  or should I just wait and bring it to MK for one of you saviours to fix it for me?

tighten the cable clamping nut on the release lever when the lever is in the "down"position whilst holding the brake blocks against the rim.(hope i've understood you correctly) :daumenhoch:and yes,you do need three hands for this.
