Diet for atheletes racing at MK.
« on: July 23, 2007, 10:50 AM »
I have begun my final preparation, the bike is a chainring, headlock and grips away from being done.

I now have embarked on a diet to shed those last few bits of unwanted weight before some serious gate and track practice prior to the big event.

The diet itself is probably one of the hardest to not only prepare, but to also to maintain. My mentor Bof tells me that it is the food of champions and that if I stick to this 3 times a day, I should be well on my way to a podium place.

For those people looking who are from Wigan, its chips, peas and gravy with Warby's Toastie (peas are like pea wet.....but with peas in it  :daumenhoch: )

I cant wait to see the results in 2 weeks time  :LolLolLolLol:

If McDonalds served something appetising like that then I'd go in there!!  Great diet, but surely a pint, or ten, of Murphy's Red would swill it down better and then maybe a nice donor to soak it up afterwards!!   :D Humps

I'm partial to a bit of gravy on my chips, or curry sauce for that matter and I'm a shandy drinking southerner.

Mind you I eat pie, mish liquor and eels!  :P
